A Vision Martial Arts is proud to present a Free demonstration of Taekwondo and Kali at the Vestavia Hill Civic Center (Vestavia Hills, Alabama), Saturday August 10th. TKD demo at 1PM, Kali demo at 2:15 PM. Qualified instructors will be present on site to answer questions.
Taekwondo is a Korean martial focused on discipline, hand to hand self defense, and dynamic kicks. Kali is a Filipino martial art based on stick and knife techniques that translate to corresponding hand techniques. We’re excited to present you both of these traditional martial arts up close and in person!
